Northfield Music is a well-established music store and school located in Pittsford, NY. Founded in 1978, the organization offers instrument sales, repairs, lessons, and rentals. Recently secured distribution contract with Fender Musical Instruments and carries premium brands including Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Guitars. Seeks to leverage these partnerships while growing awareness in the Rochester market.
Project Scope
A collaborative marketing analytics project between Northfield Music and RIT Saunders students to analyze multi-channel marketing campaign performance and provide strategic insights for future growth.
Objectives
1. Analyze performance across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Website, Email, Offline)
2. Compare platform effectiveness for different audience segments
3. Increase brand awareness, particularly among target growth segments
4. Drive premium instrument sales through Fender & PRS partnerships
